Yunia DeMicco-Nadler is a highly experienced trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation and Family Law. Before becoming an attorney, Mrs. DeMicco-Nadler worked as a Workers’ Compensation Adjuster and later as the Assistant Manager at F.A. Richard & Associates (FARA), managing Workers’ Compensation claims for governmental entities and municipalities.
Mrs. DeMicco-Nadler received her law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mrs. DeMicco-Nadler has received the 2023 Lawyer of Distinction award in Workers’ Compensation and is a distinguished member of Lawyers of Distinction. She was also featured in The Boca Raton Observer and is a South Palm Beach and Broward County Bar Association member.
Mrs. DeMicco-Nadler’s extensive trial experience includes participation in several workers’ compensation appeals that were instrumental in creating case law. Her experience as a workers’ compensation adjuster and defending injured workers’ insurance companies and self-insured employers makes her uniquely qualified to handle all aspects of this highly complex area of law.
Mrs. DeMicco-Nadler is also a philanthropist who has been actively involved in charity work in Palm Beach County. She frequently donates to non-profit organizations in the Tri-County area and participates in food drives for poor and needy families there. Her efforts have helped many people in the community, and she continues to make a positive impact.
In addition to her legal work, Mrs. DeMicco-Nadler has devoted countless hours and resources working pro-bono for poor and underprivileged families seeking assistance through the Legal Aid Service of Broward County.
